Key Responsibilities:

  • Impact-Driven Sales Strategy:

    Develop and implement an aggressive sales strategy focused on expanding our reach across the disaster response and humanitarian sectors

  • Unrivaled Lead Generation & Networking:

    Leverage your extensive network across NGOs, government agencies, and the private sector to open doors and convert high-level leads into partnerships that drive revenue and impact

  • Pipeline Management & Growth:

    Build a robust, active pipeline of high-value opportunities. Your focus is to meet and exceed sales targets while fostering partnerships that amplify our social mission.

  • Persuasive Pitching & Deal Closing:

    Own the sales pitch and position Crisis Cognition as the go-to solution for organizations on the front lines of disaster response. Negotiate deals that align with both our growth goals and our commitment to social impact.

  • Insightful Market Intelligence:

    Stay ahead of industry trends, gathering insights from clients to help us refine our products and strategies in line with real-world needs.

  • Purpose-Driven Brand Building:

    Represent Crisis Cognition at conferences, industry events, and networking functions, promoting our “Tech for Good” mission and solidifying our position as a trusted partner in humanitarian tech.

Required Qualifications:

  • Sales Leader:

    5+ years of sales or business development experience with a consistent track record of exceeding targets, especially within disaster response, humanitarian aid, or high-stakes B2B markets.

  • Extensive Network:

    A proven network of high-level contacts across NGOs, government agencies, and the private sector in the humanitarian space.

  • Sector Expertise:

    In-depth understanding of the disaster response and humanitarian aid ecosystem, including funding cycles, procurement processes, and compliance challenges.
